Job summary

Remote People Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the Austrian market for photovoltaic and battery energy storage products.

The role requires owning the full sales cycle, developing a structured distributor and installer network, and managing key accounts with proactive support. You will lead commercial negotiations, coordinate order fulfilment, and monitor market trends to inform pricing and strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in BESS, solar PV, or related clean energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales of photovoltaic and battery energy storage products in local market and meet targets.
• Business Development & Channel Expansion: Build channel partner network with distributors, EPCs, and installers.
• Account Management & Relationship Deepening: Manage and grow existing accounts, provide product support and drive repeat orders.
• Commercial Negotiation & Payment Management: Lead proposals, quotations, contracts, and receivables to ensure cash flow.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track market dynamics and provide feedback for product strategy and pricing.
