Elastic is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Elastic XDR to own a core area of the XDR roadmap from requirements through shipped product. You will partner with Engineering and the Elastic Security Labs to deliver integrated detection, response, and exposure capabilities in a fast-moving environment.

You will translate threat research into concrete product specs, engage with security customers at the senior level, and ensure solutions perform across cloud, on‑premises, and air‑gapped

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in security-focused product management.
• 3+ years in product development or a related technical field.
• Experience with XDR/EDR/SIEM and threat response.
• Ability to translate customer input and threat research into requirements.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end: drive detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
• Expand and maintain telemetry and integrations relying on Elastic data plus third‑party sources.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management prioritization and remediation workflows.
• Translate customer input and threat research into actionable product requirements.
• Represent product in customer conversations, including senior security stakeholders.
• Ensure capabilities work across deployment models from cloud to on‑premises to air‑gapped environments.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and GTM strategies.
• Create roadmap trackers and decision memos for stakeholder visibility.
