Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own XDR and the exposure and vulnerability capabilities converging with it. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Elastic Security Labs, driving a unified data-driven platform with a strong emphasis on prioritization and threat-informed roadmaps.

You will collaborate with senior customer stakeholders, including CISOs, and lead cross-domain efforts from detection to remediation while shaping a future-ready security

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years in product management, with at least 4 years in security or B2B enterprise software
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR/EDR, SIEM, or broader security operations
• Comfort discussing correlation, response automation, and detection engineering with senior stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across cross-domain detection and response
• Lead XDR expansion into exposure and vulnerability management
• Define the line between XDR, exposure, and adjacent surfaces
• Collaborate with Entity Analytics for asset criticality and context
• Serve as product voice with CISO and VP stakeholders and shape roadmap
• Analyze competitive landscape and translate into differentiated direction
• Partner with engineering to ground detection and exposure scoring in threat research
• Create roadmap trackers and memos for visibility without excessive meetings
