Elastic seeks a Customer Architect with hands-on experience in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. You will define technical success plans, onboard customers, and drive adoption, expansion, and ARR growth.

You will collaborate with account teams to ensure successful delivery, while aligning Elastic solutions with customer business objectives and ensuring a frictionless technical journey.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or highly preferred.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Experience as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre‑sales Engineer.
• Experience with Elastic observability, security, or enterprise search is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with account teams to provide technical coverage.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer.
• Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption.
• Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align with customer goals.
• Identify and remove technical frictions to accelerate adoption.
• Coordinate with support and service teams for smooth deployments.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
• Identify opportunities for expansion to grow ARR.
• Build ongoing customer relationships to increase solution utilization.
• Review customer consumption and propose upgrades and enhancements.
