Placements24, on behalf of a premier hospitality group, seeks a Luxury Lodge Manager to oversee operations at a high-end lodge in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will lead a diverse team, ensure flawless guest experiences, and drive profitability across departments from accommodation to dining and activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury hospitality, strong P&L acumen, and proven leadership in lodge or resort settings. On-site residence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management.
• Proven track record in hotel operations and teams.
• Strong budgeting, P&L management and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the luxury lodge.
• Lead and motivate a diverse hospitality team.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences.
• Manage budgets and inventory to ensure profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
