Zusammenfassung

Partner company is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own CRM strategy across onboarding, retention, and reactivation for a global user base. Based in Switzerland but fully remote, you will collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to design segments, journeys, and experiments that drive measurable revenue growth.

You will leverage behavioral analytics and AI tools to personalize messaging, optimize onboarding and payment funnels, and build a scalable CRM

Qualifikationen

Experience scaling CRM programs with measurable revenue impact.
Strong B2C growth background in high-volume environments where CRM affects revenue.
Hands-on ability to build segments, journeys, experiments, and analysis.

Aufgaben

Own end-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy and execution across onboarding, first purchase, retention, and reactivation.
Analyze behavioral data to identify disengagement and conversion opportunities to increase LTV.
Design and optimize onboarding, abandoned-payment, promos, offers, and follow-up journeys to improve conversions.
Develop segmentation, personalization, messaging, and timing to boost purchases and retention.
Build and run structured experiments and measure incremental impact.
