Job summary

Holzkern - Eine Marke der Time for Nature GmbH in Austria seeks a Team Lead CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to shape strategic, technological, and operational CRM initiatives. You will drive personalized customer experiences across the lifecycle, focusing on automation, system integrations, and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value.

With 3–5 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, you will lead and develop the CRM team, collaborate across departments, and champion data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation experience, ideally in D2C e‑commerce.
• Initial leadership experience and ability to guide a team through change and growth.
• Hands‑on experience with an email service provider or customer engagement platform such as Netcore, Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own our CRM ecosystem, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail, inserts, and Premium Club.
• Develop and implement a long-term CRM strategy focused on automation, loyalty, retention, and CLV.
• Lead CRM performance with KPIs like CLV, revenue from email/flows, retention, NPS, and contribution margin.
• Design, optimize, and scale automated lifecycle journeys across acquisition to reactivation.
• Expand AI‑driven personalization, predictive segmentation, and automated campaigns.
• Drive system integrations (Shopify, ESPs, loyalty platforms) and ensure scalable processes.
