Holzkern in Vienna is seeking a CRM & Retention Specialist to shape strategic and technical CRM development. You will drive personalized customer experiences across lifecycle stages, focusing on automation, CRM integrations, and data‑driven insights to boost CLV and loyalty.

The role emphasizes leadership of a CRM team, collaboration with multiple departments, and ongoing optimization of campaigns and processes. Fluency in German and strong English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing or marketing automation.
• Leadership experience and the ability to guide a team through change and growth.
• Hands-on experience with an ESP or customer engagement platform (Netcore/Klaviyo/Emarsys).
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation and lifecycle journeys.

Aufgaben

• Own CRM ecosystem (email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail) and lifecycle strategies.
• Develop automation, loyalty, retention, and CLV initiatives across channels.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and document scalable CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, IT, Content, Product and Support.
