Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Braze; HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are strong assets.
• Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel tests across channels including email, WhatsApp, mobile push, and web push.
• Strong data fluency, with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, attribution, and ROI, and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
• Start-up mindset with a strong passion for experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization.

Aufgaben

• Project and stakeholder management: collect insights and requirements, scope the solution, align expectations, plan and execute end-to-end, while keeping involved parties updated throughout the process.
• Map our customers’ journey, partner with product managers and sales teams, and define communication journeys throughout the funnel.
• Plan and execute CRM Marketing campaign strategies based on data insights, research benchmarking, and products discovery - test a lot, learn, iterate.
• Report on campaign performance to measure effectiveness.
