Exyte in Vienna seeks a licensed professional to lead planning and delivery of complex utility systems for industrial facilities. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required trade license and for registration in the Vienna Trade Register on behalf of Exyte.

You will manage planning, budgeting, and supplier negotiations with senior engineering teams, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education as a certified technician, master craftsman, or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Heating Engineering, Ventilation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Valid Austrian trade license (Gewerbeberechtigung) for Heating Engineering in conjunction with Ventilation Engineering, and willingness to be registered in the Vienna Trade Register on behalf of Exyte as the licensed professional responsible for the business.
• Qualification examination for Engineering Offices (Ingenieurbüros) is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager in the planning and construction of complex utility systems within industrial projects.
• Previous project experience in Austria is required.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning and construction of utility systems for industrial facilities, including heating, cooling, steam, plumbing, and fire protection (sprinkler) systems, while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare engineering documentation, including feasibility studies, conceptual designs, basic engineering, and detailed engineering packages.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure technical specifications and project objectives are successfully achieved.
• Manage external engineering partners and oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supplier negotiations.
• Supervise the construction phase to ensure all utility systems are implemented in accordance with the approved design and project requirements.
