Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in artist booking or a comparable role.
• Strong existing network within jazz, soul, funk and related genres.
• Proven ability to build relationships, open new doors and develop business opportunities.
• Highly self-organized, reliable and able to work independently.
• Fluent English; German and additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• International concert and tour booking.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with promoters, festivals and venues.
• Negotiating fees, contracts and booking conditions.
• Developing new markets, territories and business opportunities.
• Identifying and approaching established artists to join our roster.
• Developing long-term strategies for artists and their international growth.
