This fully remote position is ideal for a practitioner with a deep understanding of integrated health approaches, including nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle coaching. You will be responsible for guiding clients through personalized wellness journeys, offering expert advice and support via virtual consultations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments, identifying client needs across physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Develop personalized, holistic wellness plans incorporating nutrition, exercise, stress reduction techniques, sleep optimization, and mind-body practices.
• Provide ongoing virtual coaching and support to clients, empowering them to achieve their health goals and sustain healthy habits.
• Educate clients on evidence-based wellness strategies and the interconnectedness of various health aspects.
• Monitor client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other health professionals (as needed) to provide integrated care.
• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in holistic health, nutrition, and wellness coaching.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within the secure online platform.
• Contribute to the development of online content, resources, and workshops for clients.
• Represent the company's values and commitment to client well-being in all interactions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant health field (e.g., Nutrition, Health Science, Psychology, Holistic Health) or equivalent professional certification from a recognized body.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in holistic health practice, wellness coaching, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, and lifestyle coaching.
• Proven ability to develop and implement personalized wellness plans.
• Exceptional virtual communication, active listening, and empathetic coaching skills.
• Proficiency with online communication tools, telehealth platforms, and digital record-keeping.
• Strong understanding of preventative health and evidence-based wellness practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote client caseload effectively.
• A passion for promoting health and well-being through a holistic approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
