VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Regional Finance team. Based in Stabio, Switzerland, you will partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, scenarios and performance analysis across the Central Retail fleet and multi-brand stores.

You will own planning, forecasting and reporting, drive cost management, and deliver ad hoc analyses for senior leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of relevant FP&A/financial planning experience.
• Strong forecasting, planning and long-range planning experience.
• Understanding retail economics including store productivity and occupancy.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders using data-driven analysis.
• Strong analytical, modelling and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; Cognos/Power BI or similar tools are a plus.
• Experience managing complex datasets and dashboards for reviews.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership.
• Collaborative in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• University Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or MBA-equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Own the Long-Range Planning process with revenue and profitability scenarios.
• Support fleet planning and investment decision-making for stores.
• Lead financial management of multi-brand stores and channels.
• Own SG&A planning, forecasting and reporting for Central Retail.
• Drive cost management across retail focusing on labor and occupancy.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with Retail leadership.
• Act as Finance Business Partner for the EMEA Retail VP and team.
• Deliver high-impact ad hoc analyses and executive requests.
