VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Regional Finance team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will partner with the Central Retail organisation and support the EMEA Retail VP with clear financial insights, performance analysis, and scenario modelling to enable informed decisions and sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or similar experience.
• Strong forecasting and planning experience.
• Retail economics and profitability analysis expertise.

Aufgaben

• Own the Long-Range Planning process, developing revenue and profitability scenarios based on sales KPI assumptions and fleet evolution strategies.
• Support fleet planning and investment decisions, including store openings, relocations, refurbishments, and post-investment reviews.
• Lead financial management of multi-brand stores and channels with accurate forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Own Central Retail SG&A planning, forecasting, and reporting including employee expenses and travel costs.
• Drive cost management across retail, focusing on labor costs, occupancy, depreciation, rent and operating expenses.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with Retail leadership analyzing KPIs and profitability drivers.
• Act as Finance Business Partner for the EMEA Retail VP and leadership with scenario analysis and insights.
• Deliver high-impact ad hoc analyses and executive requests.
