Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is partnering with a technology-focused client to recruit an Internal Auditor based in Switzerland. You will build and lead an internal audit function, design scalable processes, and manage the full lifecycle from planning to remediation in a global governance environment.

Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate with senior leaders to identify risks, strengthen controls, and deliver insights. This is a highly autonomous remote role with international travel 2–4 times per year.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or quantitative discipline.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain audit infrastructure (templates, risk registers, reporting).
• Own and execute full internal audit lifecycle (planning, risk assessment, testing, reporting, remediation).
• Evaluate global policies and controls to identify gaps and risks.
• Partner with process owners to conduct risk-based audits and implement improvements.
• Develop risk-based internal audit programs aligned with global operations and growth.
