ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive for U.S. Federal accounts. You will lead post-sales transformation, align offerings with customer goals, and drive long-term value through executive collaboration and effective governance.

You will partner with account teams, manage risks, and ensure renewals and expansion across complex, global programs. This role emphasizes strategic advisory with C‑level stakeholders and a focus on enterprise outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading large-scale digital business transformations across Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software.
• Strong governance, strategy, change management and execution across cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of delivering scalable, repeatable success at enterprise scale.

• Own and lead post-sales transformation within large accounts; align offerings to customer goals.
• Partner with Account Executives to craft integrated pre- and post-sales strategies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure value realization.
• Drive KPIs: adoption, technical health, renewals, customer satisfaction, expansion.
• Foster alignment with ServiceNow leaders and incorporate customer feedback.
