Job summary

We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, seeking a Group eRetail & FSA Business Analyst to lead data and insights for our expanding eRetail & FSA streams. You will own Power BI reporting, analyze SKU‑level sell-in/sell-out, and connect data to revenue growth while working with internal teams and external data providers.

The role emphasizes analytics, data-driven recommendations, and collaboration across functions to identify opportunities and risks in a fast‑growing digital channel.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics with online environment understanding.
• Experience translating online sales data into commercial actions.

• Ability to search for sources of information.

Responsibilities

• Lead data & insights for eRetail & FSA; drive growth for this stream.
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out at SKU level and report country/customer/sub-channel results.
• Manage eRED reporting and propose quick wins to close gaps.
• Connect sell-out & eRED performance to revenue growth metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external data suppliers; consolidate data with Coca-Cola HBC reports.
• Evaluate promo and marketing initiatives and scale best practices.
• Develop and maintain insights tools; ensure data uploads are accurate and reports function.
