Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a Financial Analyst in Category Profitability (80% FTE) with 1–2 years FP&A/Controlling experience. You will partner with Marketing to support investment decisions and manage the DME budget and cost settlements.

Responsibilities include month-end close ownership for DME, budgeting and rolling forecasts, and driving governance to improve transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision making. Fluency in English; German a plus. Hybrid work arrangement in Austria.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.
• University or FH degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Very good English; German is a plus.

Our Finance team is looking for a talented, versatile Financial Analyst who is eager to grow their careers in Commercial Finance.

This opportunity is well suited for professionals with 1-2 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A in multinational environments, looking to move closer to business decision‑making.

• Be the Finance Business Partner to Marketing, providing financial expertise to support investment decisions. You support the DME budget implementation and implement effective cost controlling procedures
• Be the SPOC for The Coca Cola Company and other Brand owners: You interact on marketing investment plans between CCH & brand owners and lead the settlement of such plans
• Financial ownership for the business units Direct Marketing Expenses (DME): Closely collaborating with relevant business partners, you manage the month end close process, cost settlements
• Own the Fiscal year Marketing budget plan and rolling forecast processes, ensuring robust assumptions, timely submissions, and alignment with overall financial targets
• Drive DME governance and continuous improvement, strengthening processes, controls, reporting, and ways of working to improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making. In this capacity you will lead the local roll out and adoption of group wide DME tools
• Establish and monitor DME ROI and effectiveness, developing financial analyses and performance insights to assess the return on marketing investments and support data-driven investment decisions
• Ensure accurate allocation and reporting of DME at brand and customer level, providing transparency on spend, profitability impact, variances, and key business drivers
• University or FH degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering ideally within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or another marketing-driven environment, is a plus
• Analytical and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
• Enjoyment in dealing with internal and external customers/partners
• Quick comprehension as well as precise and independent way of working
• Dedicated, resilient and ambitious personality with excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
• Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel), SAP knowledge is an advantage
