Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a Financial Analyst in Category Profitability (80% FTE) with 1–2 years FP&A/Controlling experience. You will partner with Marketing to support investment decisions and manage the DME budget and cost settlements.

Responsibilities include month-end close ownership for DME, budgeting and rolling forecasts, and driving governance to improve transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision making. Fluency in English; German a plus. Hybrid work arrangement in Austria.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.
• University or FH degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Very good English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be the Finance Business Partner to Marketing, providing financial expertise to support investment decisions.
• Be the SPOC for The Coca‑Cola Company and other Brand owners: interact on marketing investment plans and lead settlements.
• Own the Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) month-end close process and cost settlements.
• Own the Fiscal year Marketing budget plan and rolling forecast processes, ensuring robust assumptions and timely submissions.
• Drive DME governance and continuous improvement, improving transparency and decision-making.
• Establish and monitor DME ROI and effectiveness, developing analyses and performance insights.
• Ensure accurate allocation and reporting of DME at brand and customer level.
