Zusammenfassung

Chatarmin is seeking a Customer Success Manager / Key Account to own day-one responsibilities in a fast-growing startup. You’ll manage 80-120 e-commerce clients, lead onboarding, support, and upsells, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure client success.

Based in Vienna, you’ll engage directly with customers, handle high-pressure situations, and push for measurable outcomes while navigating a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) mandatory.
• On-site in Vienna; relocation to Vienna may be required.
• Experience with API calls, webhooks, and reading JSON/API documentation.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Manage own portfolio of 80-120 e-com clients autonomously.
• Own onboarding, support, upsell – full lifecycle.
