Jobgether is seeking a Head of Customer Success to own the post-sale experience for a growing B2B SaaS portfolio. You will drive retention, expansion, and adoption while shaping scalable CS playbooks and leading a fresh CS team.

In this senior, hands-on role you will work with founders and leadership to align customer value with business metrics, manage strategic accounts, and build processes that scale with the company.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success.
• Experience owning retention and expansion metrics with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to engage strategic accounts while developing the team.
• Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion).

Aufgaben

• Own CS strategy and execution for retention, expansion, and churn outcomes.
• Drive adoption by deepening product usage across customers.
• Lead and scale the CS org, including hiring and onboarding.
• Develop scalable CS playbooks for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer.
