This role requires 7+ years of production software experience and a strong Python background. You will design scalable services, collaborate with product, security, and global teams, and contribute to AI initiatives that improve remote support and digital workplaces.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Strong Python expertise with hands-on AI deployment experience.
• Experience with Java or Kotlin is a plus.
• Experience building AI-powered applications and automation.
• Familiarity with LLMs, retrieval systems, and workflow orchestration.
• Solid knowledge of distributed cloud-based architectures and reliability.

• Join Session Insights to transform raw session data into insights, automation, and productivity gains.
• Build AI-powered capabilities for TeamViewer Session Insights and AI platform.
• Design and develop services enabling intelligent workflows and seamless user experiences.
• Define testing approaches to ensure AI features meet quality and performance standards.
• Improve AI solutions through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to deliver secure customer-facing capabilities.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and leverage AI-assisted development tools.
