Qualifikationen

• University or college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or related subject.
• 7+ years of professional experience in object-oriented software development using C++ (C++14+) and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like coding agents or LLM-based assistants.
• Enthusiasm for AI-native ways of working, from automating recurring tasks to rethinking how software gets built.
• Solid knowledge of build tools like CMake and git; experience with Conan is a plus.
• Experience in fields such as parallel programming, distributed systems, security, SQL, or network communication desirable.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German a plus.

• Design and develop platform independent functionalities for our client and services using C++.

• Own features end to end, from concept through implementation to rollout.
