You will work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and product innovation, contributing to scalable, secure, and reliable production systems while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Proven ability to define success metrics, evaluate system performance, and use data to improve outcomes.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with deploying AI systems in production, including reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
