TeamViewer GmbH is seeking a senior software engineer to join the Session Insights team, building AI-powered capabilities that transform raw session data into actionable insights and automation for customers worldwide.

You will work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and product innovation, contributing to scalable, secure, and reliable production systems while collaborating with global teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Proven ability to define success metrics, evaluate system performance, and use data to improve outcomes.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with deploying AI systems in production, including reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.

Join TeamViewer's Session Insights team and help redefine how millions of users work with AI. Your work will directly influence how customers understand, optimize, and automate their daily workflows while contributing to one of TeamViewer's most strategic AI initiatives.

• Build AI-powered capabilities for TeamViewer Session Insights and the broader AI platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise and a track record of delivering production-grade systems. Java/Kotlin experience are a plus.

• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.

• Experience working with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.

• Proven ability to define success metrics, evaluate system performance, and use data to improve outcomes.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.

• Familiarity with the challenges of deploying AI systems in production, including reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
