Job summary

Descartes Systems Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own customer and partner relationships across Switzerland. You will drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by leveraging EDI and related SaaS offerings.

You will visit customers across Switzerland, coordinate with Professional Services and cross-functional teams, and manage contract renewals while supporting strategic account plans and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or related field.
• Strong business planning, ability to measure and report performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key customers and partners.
• Own renewals and ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Regularly visit customers and partners across Switzerland.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Legal, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Drive upsell opportunities and revenue growth.
