Digisourced Ltd. is urgently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Project Lead with Austrian localization expertise. You will lead payroll workstreams, oversee implementation and stabilization, and drive stakeholder engagement across the region through March 2027.

The role requires on-site work in Austria, 3 days per week, with start in early November 2026 and project end in March 2027. English and German are essential for coordination and regulatory alignment.

About the Role:

We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Project Lead with deep localization expertise in Austrian Payroll. Joining a high-impact transformation initiative, you will lead payroll workstreams, oversee implementation/stabilization, and drive stakeholder engagement across the region through March 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP HCM Payroll / Employee Central Payroll (ECP) project workstream with a specific focus on Austrian payroll compliance and legislation.
• Drive project delivery, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables within a 3-day-per-week capacity.
• Handle change management and escalation management, bridging communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business leadership.
• Ensure seamless integration and operational readiness across payroll operations on-site in Austria and remotely.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Lead or Senior Consultant in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Hands-on expertise and deep knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Strong background in Change Management and Escalation Management within complex multinational environments.
• Fluent in both German and English (mandatory for stakeholder communication and regulatory alignment).
• Availability to start in early November 2026 through March 2027 (3 days/week, including on-site travel in Austria).
