Job summary

Pertemps ERP is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our Vienna-based in-house SAP team. The role offers hands-on project work with opportunities to grow into a leadership position while delivering end-to-end SAP SD solutions for international business units.

The position requires 5+ years of SAP SD experience, strong O2C knowledge, and fluent English. Hybrid work model in Vienna and travel up to 20% are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP SD consulting experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
• Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, organized and solution-oriented
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across teams
• Previous mentoring or coaching experience is advantageous
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
• Must be eligible to work in Austria

Responsibilities

• Lead and support international SAP SD implementation and rollout projects
• Analyse, design, and optimise end-to-end Sales & Distribution processes
• Drive continuous improvements across the SAP SD landscape
• Support business users and local subsidiaries across multiple countries
• Manage and resolve incidents, change requests, and operational issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams
• Support integration between SD and other SAP modules (MM, FI, Logistics)
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions in German and English
• Act as trusted advisor and contribute to SAP roadmap discussions
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, potential Team Lead

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP SD consulting experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proactive, organised, and solution‑oriented approach
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and influence outcomes across teams
• Previous mentoring, coaching, or informal leadership experience would be advantageous
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
• Must be eligible to work in Austria
