Zusammenfassung

Pertemps ERP is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our Vienna-based in-house SAP team. The role offers hands-on project work with opportunities to grow into a leadership position while delivering end-to-end SAP SD solutions for international business units.

The position requires 5+ years of SAP SD experience, strong O2C knowledge, and fluent English. Hybrid work model in Vienna and travel up to 20% are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects

• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across teams
• Previous mentoring or coaching experience is advantageous
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
• Must be eligible to work in Austria

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a strong SAP SD professional who enjoys being hands-on while having opportunity to grow in a Lead role in the future. You will play a key role in SAP projects, process improvements, and operational support, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for coordinating and mentoring team members over time.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP SD consulting experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proactive, organised, and solution‑oriented approach
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and influence outcomes across teams
• Previous mentoring, coaching, or informal leadership experience would be advantageous
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
• Must be eligible to work in Austria
