Job summary

Wolf Jansen Ltd. is assisting a growing SAP consultancy in Austria to recruit a Senior SAP Business Developer / Sales Executive who will drive the project pipeline across Austria.

You will leverage your extensive SAP network to win S/4HANA transformations, SAP implementations, and rollout projects, engaging CIOs, IT Directors, and business leaders in a hunter-style approach. Based in Vienna or nearby, you will typically work 2–3 days per week from the Vienna office and travel to customer sites

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP services or project sales experience.
• Proven track record selling S/4HANA transformations and large SAP projects.
• Strong network in Austrian SAP customer base, including mid-market to upper-mid-market.
• Based in Vienna or nearby with willingness to travel across Austria.

Responsibilities

We are supporting a growing SAP consultancy in Austria that is looking for a Senior SAP Business Developer / Sales Executive to expand its project pipeline in the Austrian market.

If you know the Austrian SAP landscape, have a real customer network, and can win S/4HANA and SAP consulting projects, this could be a strong next step.

The Role

• Drive new SAP project sales in Austria – S/4HANA transformations, SAP implementation and rollout projects.
• Use your existing Austrian customer network to:
• Open doors to CIO / IT Director / Heads of SAP / Business leaders.
• Get onto closed RFP lists and secure RFIs/RFPs.
• Qualify opportunities and shape solutions together with senior consultants.
• Coordinate the proposal and tender process (content support from delivery leads).
• Present in pitches and steering‑level meetings.
• Build a sustainable account portfolio in Austrian industrial sectors (esp. manufacturing, food & beverage, chemicals, pharma).

You Bring

• 10+ years of SAP services / project sales experience (partner, SI, SAP, or similar).
• Proven track record selling:
• S/4HANA transformations (greenfield/brownfield), and/or
• Larger SAP implementation / rollout projects.
• A strong network in the Austrian SAP customer base:
• Mid‑market and upper mid‑market industrial companies.
• Direct access to decision‑makers.
• Comfortable with hunter‑style new business:
• Targeted outreach, networking, events, LinkedIn, calling.
• Able to talk credibly about SAP and S/4 at management level (delivery teams handle deep detail).
• Fluent German and good English.
• Based in Vienna or nearby and happy with approx. 2–3 days/week in the Vienna office, plus travel to customers across Austria.
