Job summary

idpp is seeking an experienced SAP PP Inhouse Consultant to join its internal SAP team as part of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation. You will own production and planning processes, configuring, optimizing, and shaping how they run within a modern S/4HANA landscape across an international group.

This role offers 20% travel, home office flexibility, and a competitive package with a EUR 75,000-105,000 base along with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years hands-on experience as an SAP PP specialist, including specification, customising, testing & training, and interfaces.
• Strong understanding of production, planning and business processes, with a genuine interest in conceptual work.
• International SAP project experience is an advantage; S/4HANA exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level support and ongoing development of SAP PP
• Analyse, optimise, and redesign end-to-end sales processes
• Implement change requests, including customizing and quality assurance
• Take on stream lead responsibility in global S/4 projects (brownfield, bluefield, greenfield and rollouts)
• Collaborate closely with key users, business units, and external SAP partners
• Conduct training sessions and support knowledge transfer within the organisation

Compensation: EUR 75,000-105,000 plus bonus and benefits

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, an international industrial group, we are seeking an experienced SAP PP Inhouse Consultant to join their internal SAP team as part of their large-scale S/4HANA transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an SAP professional who wants to take real ownership of production and planning processes, configuring, optimising, and shaping how they run within a modern S/4HANA landscape, across an international group of companies.

You will work as a trusted technical partner to key users and business stakeholders, ensuring PP processes are robust, well-designed, and fit for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Module Support & Development

• Provide 3rd level support and ongoing development of SAP PP
• Analyse, optimise, and redesign end-to-end sales processes
• Implement change requests, including customizing and quality assurance
• Take on stream lead responsibility in global S/4 projects (brownfield, bluefield, greenfield and rollouts), including sub-project ownership
• Collaborate closely with key users, business units, and external SAP partners

Knowledge Transfer

• Conduct training sessions and support knowledge transfer within the organisation

Required Experience & Qualifications
