Essity is seeking an IT Business Analyst specializing in HR Payroll to join its international HR technology team on a 1-year maternity cover contract. Your primary focus will be SAP Payroll with Germany as the main payroll country, while you may also support payroll solutions across other countries.

You will collaborate with payroll colleagues, IT teams and external SAP specialists to understand and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, CS, or related field.
• Payroll experience with SAP HR Payroll; HR tech or support experience.
• Practical knowledge of SAP HR/HCM Payroll; Workday-SAP integrations a plus.
• Analytical, structured solver; clear communication; cross-team collaboration.
• Fluent in English and German; CV in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day SAP HR Payroll support focusing on German payroll.
• Analyze incidents and service requests and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with payroll teams to understand requirements and priorities.
• Support SAP Payroll configuration, testing and implementation.
• Investigate Workday-SAP employee data integration issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous HR technology improvements.
• Provide international support across countries.
• Expand HR tech knowledge into Time Management and Travel & Expense.
