OMICRON electronics GmbH in Austria is seeking a Subprocess Manager for Supply Products, responsible for leading and further developing the Supply Products subprocess to ensure availability of products and accessories.

You will own operational performance and strategic priorities, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and continuous improvement, and mentor leaders while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment. Fluent English required; German is a plus.

• Experience in Operations; electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading and developing people, teams, or projects.
• Strategic thinker who makes sound decisions and involves different perspectives.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and building trusted relationships across organizational boundaries.
