Key expectations

• Oversee the daily operations of your designated kitchen section
• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation
• Work closely with other chefs and culinary staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes
• Mentor and train Demi Chefs and Commis within your section
• Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and assist in maintaining food cost targets

Profile

• Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment
• Formal culinary training or recognized culinary qualification preferred
• Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning
