You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to guarantee timely delivery. A strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• Assist the Chef de Rang in smooth operation of the assigned station, ensuring impeccable service at all times.
• Welcome guests and provide personalized attention throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of dishes and beverages.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to confidently make recommendations.
• Prepare mise en place for service, including table settings and station organization.
• Uphold hotel standards for luxury service, etiquette, and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flow.

Profile:
