Job summary

Cryptonow Group is seeking a Marketing Manager (Retail) to plan, execute and evaluate Cryptonow's point-of-sale campaigns with our retail partners across Europe. You will ensure that our Crypto Gift Cards and retail products are visible, understood and actively sold in store, and that every campaign meets the MiCAR requirements for crypto-asset marketing communications.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing or retail marketing.
• Experience running POS campaigns with large retail chains.
• Strong project management skills with multiple markets and deadlines.
• Experience briefing agencies and producing print/POS materials.
• Analytical mindset with KPIs and campaign reporting.
• Interest in crypto/fintech; regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and German; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage annual POS campaign calendar per market and retail partner.
• Develop and execute in-store campaigns and seasonal activations with retailers.
• Act as main marketing contact for trade marketing and category teams.
• Brief and steer creation of POS materials with designers and agencies.
• Oversee production, printing and logistics of POS materials and localization.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with retailers and joint campaigns.
• Measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage retail marketing budget by market and partner.
• Support new retail launches with launch toolkits and playbooks.
