Job summary

Cryptonow Group in Vienna is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth across Europe. You will plan, execute and optimize marketing across digital and offline channels, ensuring MiCAR compliance and strong brand presence for Cryptonow Platform and Crypto Gift Cards.

Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, Design and agencies, lead multi-market campaigns, manage budgets, and steer content creation with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, fintech, crypto, payments or consumer brands.
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, online and offline.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing and analytics tools.
• Track record of campaigns that delivered measurable results in acquisition or conversion.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several markets and deadlines in parallel.
• Experience in briefing and managing agencies and freelancers.
• Analytical mindset with KPI focus; experience with A/B testing.
• Interest in crypto and fintech; experience in a regulated industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across markets with clear targets for acquisition and activation.
• Manage channels such as social media, email and CRM, website and SEO, paid media and influencer collaborations.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns with a focus on efficient customer acquisition.
• Test and improve landing pages, emails and offers to increase conversion.
• Develop CRM campaigns to increase retention.
• Create and steer content with internal designers and external agencies.
• Coordinate localisation of campaigns for European markets and market launches.
• Support PR activities, such as press releases and media requests.
• Track performance along the funnel and manage campaign budgets, agencies and providers.
