Cryptonow Europe is seeking a Growth and Sales Account Officer to drive expansion across Europe, focusing on acquiring large retailer partners for our prepaid gift cards.

You will manage relationships with retail partners, develop strategies with marketing, and travel across Europe as needed to seize opportunities. Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment helping shape Cryptonow's European go-to-market.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the retail gift card / prepaid cards industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large retailer partners in the retail consumer sector.
• Strong understanding of the European market and its retail landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Strong emotional and people skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in Europe.
• Acquire new large retailer partners, enhancing the distribution network of Cryptonow Bitcoin Voucher and Topup Cards.
• Manage and nurture relationships with retail partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase the distribution and visibility of our products.
• Work closely with retail partners to maximize product visibility and sales at points of sale.
• Represent Cryptonow at gift card industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and expand our network.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive awareness and sales of Cryptonow Voucher Cards.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners and consumers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
