Bitpanda is seeking a Product Manager for Crypto to own key feature execution and user flows for our customer-facing crypto product suite, including trading, staking, and on-chain deposits and withdrawals. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Legal to turn complex regulatory and technical requirements into seamless retail experiences.

Qualifikationen

Experience building customer-facing products in crypto, trading, or fintech.
Passion for crypto, blockchain, or trading beyond daily tasks.
Strong UX sense with end-to-end product discovery and clear requirements.
Reliable, ownership-driven, and able to step in during critical incidents.
Experience defining tracking events and using data to measure impact; SQL familiarity preferred.

Aufgaben

Own a dedicated area of the crypto product suite from discovery to release.
Conduct product discovery to frame problems, test hypotheses with users and data.
Write clear product requirements and collaborate with design for unambiguous engineering.
Define tracking events and success metrics to guide data-driven iterations.
Act as accountable owner, manage cross-functional trade-offs, escalate when needed, stay hands-on during incidents.
