Forsthofalm in Leogang seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will support scheduling, inventory, and cross-department collaboration, while driving upselling and contributing to wine and beverage choices. The role includes training and maintaining high service standards with a 5-day work week.

Formación

• Completed hospitality or hotel management training or equivalent experience.
• Several years in service, ideally as Chef de Rang or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage and wine.
• Experience in guest relations and complaint handling.
• Understanding of key business figures and sales promotion.
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations and allergens.
• Pay according to collective agreement.
• 5-day work week.

Responsabilidades

• Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Manage own service station ensuring smooth service per standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the service team.
• Assist with staff scheduling and team deployment.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Drive upselling, contribute to wine list and beverage selection.
• Organize reservations and assist with ordering supplies and inventory.
• Conduct daily team briefings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, front office and hotel departments.
• Take responsibility for restaurant operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
