Job summary

Forsthofalm is seeking a part of the front office team to ensure a warm guest welcome, smooth check-in/out, and optimal hotel occupancy. You will lead the front office team, schedule shifts, and support the reception manager with admin tasks.

Requirements include a tourism apprenticeship or equivalent experience, fluency in German and English, and proficiency with MEWS, Websline ABM, and Canva. A 5-day work week and spa perks are included.

• Proficient use of MEWS, Websline ABM, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Ensure professional guest welcome and smooth check-in/out.
• Lead front office team and schedule staff.
• Assist reception manager with administrative tasks.
• Process reservations and inquiries to optimize occupancy.
• Promote and book spa treatments in the TAC program.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, service, kitchen, and spa.
• Accurate cash handling and receipt allocation.
• Adhere to hotel quality and service standards.
