Aufgaben

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the service team while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Plan and organize service operations in accordance with service standards and quality guidelines.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate team deployment within the restaurant and bar.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through professional guest care and effective complaint handling.
• Drive upselling initiatives and support revenue growth within the restaurant.
• Manage ordering for the restaurant and bar, including checking deliveries, delivery notes, and returns.
• Maintain and continuously develop the wine list, bar menu, and beverage selection, including administration within the POS system.
• Conduct daily team briefings and organize training sessions to support continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with the hotel's quality standards.
• Organize and manage table reservations.
• Work closely with the kitchen, front office, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Step into a service station or support the bar whenever required, particularly during the absence of a Chef de Rang
