Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Austria is seeking a senior sales professional to drive energy storage solutions, grow market share, and manage key accounts across the territory. You will build strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and system integrators while aligning with BYD's global energy storage objectives.

You will lead contract negotiations, deliver technical discussions, and provide training and consulting to partners.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years sales/customer account management experience in energy storage or power systems.
Experience in international bidding and project sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent in Hungarian and English; Spanish is a plus.
Willing to travel frequently, including international trips.
Good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute sales strategies to boost market share in the assigned territory and meet targets.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with energy storage distribution channels and strategic accounts.
Provide multi-support and training/consulting to distributors, retailers, installers.
Represent BYD at local industry events and forums.
Stay informed about local market trends and opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records and presentations; report to upper management.
