SQUER Solutions GmbH seeks an experienced Platform Architect to own design, implementation, and security of scalable platform solutions across multi-cloud environments.

You will guide architecture discussions, define reference architectures, and mentor engineers while driving automation and AI-powered productivity. This role blends technical leadership with strategic client-facing activities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Kubernetes design and management in enterprise environments.
• GitOps with ArgoCD and Flux for robust IaC workflows.
• Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane for scalable infrastructure components.
• Secure CI/CD pipelines and supply-chain hardening.
• Nice-to-have: multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and programming in Python, Go, or Rust.
• Leadership and mentorship of engineering teams.
• Strategic, client-focused, hands-on delivery mindset.
• AI-native: familiarity with AI-powered development tools.

• Architecture & Design: End-to-end ownership of design, implementation, and security of scalable platform solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Define reference architectures and templates guiding engineering teams.
• Client Consulting: Lead client workshops and architecture discussions.
• Platform Automation: Design and implement automation for multi-team and multi-cloud environments.
• Security & Reliability: Ensure compliance, security, and high availability for enterprise platforms.
• Community Engagement: Contribute to meetups, conferences, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ownership: Own platform domains across multiple teams and the product organization.
