Lever, Inc. is seeking a Full-Stack Developer / Shopify Expert (Ecommerce CRO Focus).

You will own performance, usability, and conversion for high-traffic Shopify storefronts, working across Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Shopify APIs to implement improvements and run experiments. The role combines hands-on development with CRO, performance engineering, and collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience.
• Proficiency in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Shopify APIs.
• Experience in theme customization and third-party integrations.
• Track record of delivering measurable eCommerce conversion improvements.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness.
• Ability to design, launch, analyze, and iterate on CRO initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Detail‑oriented, clean, maintainable code and self‑directed work style.
• Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, GA, heatmaps (Clarity/Hotjar/Lucky Orange).
• Bonus: headless Shopify or Hydrogen familiarity; UI/UX collaboration is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Identify and implement front-end and back-end improvements across Shopify storefronts and checkout experiences.
• Plan and execute A/B tests, CRO experiments, and user experience optimizations.
• Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance.
• Build custom Shopify features, sections, and pages using Liquid, APIs, and apps.
• Analyze analytics, heatmaps, and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to translate ideas into tested experiences.
• Monitor Shopify updates and CRO best practices; maintain clean, documented code.
• Track results from experiments and site improvements to guide future optimization.
