Pflegewegweiser, part of Entyre Group, is seeking a growth-minded marketer to own our paid engine across Google and Meta, and to build growth funnels and new business bets. You report to the Senior Growth Manager in a fast-paced, high-autonomy team.

You will influence budgets and campaign strategy, partner with creative teams, and accelerate Shopify-powered e-commerce growth for Pflegewegweiser Shop.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta – set up and optimize campaigns yourself.
• Data-driven understanding of marketing and e-commerce KPIs and ability to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Ownership from day one – build processes and own outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy speed-quality balance.
• Bilingual German and English (C1+).

Aufgaben

• Own Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max end-to-end campaigns with clean data and healthy feeds.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns; drive creatives from in-house production or briefing agencies.
• Build marketing funnels across the customer journey and optimize from first click to repeat purchase.
• Design growth experiments and identify new growth opportunities beyond daily optimization.
• Develop new business models with the Head of E-Commerce and stress-test them.
• Improve shop experience and drive e-commerce sales with fast, actionable insights.
• Analyze marketing and sales KPIs and translate findings into budget decisions.
