Storyblok is hiring a Salesforce Lead to own the architecture, governance, and execution of GTM Salesforce/CRM workflows. You will oversee Sales Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement, and CPQ integrations, driving data quality, reporting, and user adoption across RevOps, Marketing Operations, and Finance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, platform evaluation for future CDP/Marketing Cloud needs, and a focus on reliable release management and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with GTM/ RevOps ownership.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder).
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud, core CRM, declarative automation, release/change management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehousing, Finance, marketing, order management.
• Familiar with CDP/marketing cloud evaluation (Salesforce Data 360, SFMC, Adobe, Oracle).
• Demonstrates AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and quality.

Aufgaben

• Own Salesforce architecture across GTM workflows, objects, permissions, automations, and releases.
• Lead Sales Cloud and CRM ownership including leads, accounts, opportunities, campaigns, and routing.
• Partner with Marketing on Pardot/Account Engagement and funnel reporting.
• Evaluate future Marketing Cloud/CDP options and lead implementation readiness if chosen.
• Own CPQ integration quality with DealHub and manage release processes and adoption.
