Hostaway is seeking a Lead AI GTM Engineer to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered tools that accelerate our global marketing team. You will bridge Brand, Content, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to deliver measurable improvements in performance and ROI.

You will evaluate platforms, build agent-based workflows, and connect our marketing stack with HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, driving efficient automation and strategic impact across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Full-stack experience to independently design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered apps and workflows.
• Proven track record building AI agents and agentic workflows that improve team performance.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI/GTM platforms.
• Experience integrating platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of GTM for modern B2B marketing.
• Excellent economic judgment on automation costs.
• Experience acquiring data via APIs, web scraping, and similar methods.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver working solutions quickly.

• Own build-vs-buy decisions by evaluating emerging AI and GTM platforms.
• Integrate AI agents with marketing platforms and APIs.
• Establish evaluation and quality standards for AI production workflows.

• Stay ahead of emerging models and agent frameworks to gain practical advantages.
