Lever, Inc. seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of AI data centre facilities across EMEA from a remote leadership position.

You will direct site operations, IT infrastructure, logistics, assets, and service delivery with strong technical judgment and a focus on safety, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will manage senior vendor relationships, drive risk reduction, and ensure SLAs are met while building a capable regional operations team across Data

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in data centre facilities, IT infrastructure, or other critical environments.
• Experience leading data centre operations and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to implement operational processes in live settings.
• Real-time incident and fault management experience including BCM and risk handling.
• Strong vendor and contractor management against SLAs.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, cooling, fire safety, IT/OT systems.
• Excellent project coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Degree-level or equivalent qualification in engineering or IT.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction for EMEA site management, IT infrastructure, logistics, and service ops.
• Lead regional operations org across Data Centre, Logistics, and Asset & Inventory.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures across portfolio.
• Own safety, security, availability, and efficiency priorities.
• Review high-risk activities like outages, upgrades, and deployments.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across facilities.
• Set and monitor regional KPIs for performance and risk.
• Drive risk assessments and mitigation to minimize downtime.
• Manage incidents, escalations, and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party providers and customers.
• Embed accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
