Google is seeking a Facility Tech Lead to manage and grow a team responsible for maintaining 24x7 data center electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems in Austria, ensuring uptime and safety. Qualifikationen

• 4 years of experience in data center operations or similar operational field.
• Experience in developing and growing team members through coaching and training.

Aufgaben

• Lead efforts to integrate Google-wide strategy with internal and external partners.
• Plan and execute operational budgets, expense forecasting and manage established budgets with focus on cost effective operations.
• Empower the team and support hiring and talent development.
• Be responsible for meeting SLAs with internal teams on uptime, efficiencies and cost.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site.
