Lever, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee commercial and contractual management for hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe.

You will oversee budgets, CAPEX, forecasting, procurement, risk management and financial reporting, partnering with Development, Design, Construction, Finance, and Operations teams to protect project value. The role requires 7+ years in cost control and profitability with data centres, MRICS (advantageous), and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of forecasting, cash flow, cost control and profitability experience on complex construction projects or portfolios.
• MRICS or equivalent accreditation is advantageous.
• Proven experience in commercial performance of major construction projects and opportunities to improve profitability.

Aufgaben

• Lead the commercial management of major hyperscale data centre construction projects, ensuring delivery within budgets and standards.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX models, cost forecasts, cash flow and financial reporting.
• Drive cost efficiency, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and objectives.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, trend analyses, and scenario modelling for senior management.
• Oversee commercial change and contractual documentation in line with governance.
